I like the live performance more. RM is a lyrical genius. This song fits V vocals so well.

I love his solo album, but I still think this is one of the best BTS songs of all time and definitely his best song. I’m so excited to see what he has to show because he’s so incredibly artistic beyond music. He’s known to be a quirky member who is often misunderstood even by the other members at times. I get the sense that he will be a multi-hyphenate artist for the rest of his life and will go so far beyond music, K-pop and beyond the Korean cultural bounds.

V has the most beautiful voice. I adore his music and jazzy and indie styles. RM was one of the primary lyricist on this one too if I remember correctly

True, forgot that it was an intro first, as I usually listen to Love yourself Answer the most from that era.

Singularity is a V solo song, the intro of the album Love Yourself: Tear (the only solo song on it) and later on a song on the compilation album Love yourself: Answer which contains solo songs from all members, as well as unit and group songs. RM wrote the song, we can see that the lyrics feel like poetry. The live is a must, he did many cool, varied stages for the song.

The reason why this song is under BTS but it is V's song is : they all had one solo song on that album, and a few group songs. So it was not V's album, it was BTS's album, but they chose to give each member their moment to shine, and of course also have songs together.
The official solo albums began after they announced they will start enlisting in the mandatory military service, 2 years ago. Besides that, only the rappers released solo mixtapes (so free music, not official albums), and all other songs were under BTS.
