Friends-Only Post No. 30: Post
Added 2016-12-29 23:46:46 +0000 UTCHi! You may have noticed that we had no friends-only post this Monday. Sorry about that -- (a) Holidays, (b) we're phasing out the newsletter anyway, and, most excitingly, (c) we're actually sending actual mail to our friends (whose addresses we have) individually and personally and physically!
Above is a quick picture of maybe a quarter of them? This is the third batch, which should get sent out today. (First two batches went out last week sometime.) Anyway, we have our paws wrapped around our felt-tips, I've made several trips to the Post Office, which I freaking love, no joke, and there are several more such trips in my immediate future! So instead of a little email, you get Actual Mail, with cool pictures on it, which is, imho, much cooler.
Speaking of Cool Pictures, my old friend Tinzeroes is curating a collection of same, with an eye toward Our Current Condition, over at our ancient review blog Reviewiera , which you can look at, if you so desire. (I'll probably post my year-end lists of books read / movies watched and my yearly roundup of HEAVY TUNES in coming days there, if that's the kind of thing you're interested in.)
