Level 2 V2.102 Spice of life update release

IT’S HERE!

The final update for level 2, Additions:

-Gallia has finally opened the arena for business; she’s got 15 new spells for sale! Can you complete the new arena challenge and take home a powerful prize? Also, a training mode for testing out skills on any monsters you’ve caught.

-Zardine has remembered 10 new skills you can buy from the Dojo.

-A new level 2 map, the sandworm graveyard, has appeared in the Holy Lands. It has one new enemy type (<- this is the sexy content in this update) and also the new boss, Wormazon.

-Some new songs for the fishing mini game and the new boss.

-All of the dialogue for the game has been converted to the translation manager

BUGS!

Please report any bugs you find in the bug-reports channel on the discord server. This update really added a lot of new mechanics so we could use the help finding them. Known bugs we need more data on:

-Demonicon progress looks empty sometimes and then restores itself at other times. Keep an eye on your demonicon and see if you can pinpoint when this happens. (It happened to me in the mushroom level twice, and it came back when I caught loblin)

-Sometimes you are unable to hit enemies with your basic attack. It’s very annoying.

Keep an eye out for any soft locks, we hate those and want them squashed. I think I got the worst ones, but there’s always stuff other people think to do that I don’t.

THE FUTURE!

I was originally planning on adding the story content between level 2 and 3, but after putting a lot of thought into it, I think it makes more sense to allow the player to focus on getting the player to be able to complete a full run before adding the story. Otherwise, you’d be stuck only able to play the first two levels for quite a while, and it’ll be better I think if I can implement the story elements into all 3 floors of a run.
