Rumors have reached you that Havenbrook has stockpiled a vast quantity of food, medicine, and essential supplies—resources that could ensure your community's survival through the upcoming harsh winter. Rumors suggest they need gasoline and other fuel, which you have in abundance for now.

However, Havenbrook is known for its strict isolationist policies and reluctance to share resources. They have a moderate militia protecting them.

How do you approach them?

Diplomatically: attempt to talk to them and propose a trade that benefits both communities.
