ZE: Stronghold Sneak Peek

A few chapters ago, you were being chased by a drone as it aimed its camera at you, most likely giving away your position to Management. It then let out a high-pitched tone that drew the infected towards you.

Scanning the surroundings, you spot several doors lining the side of the Grand Shoppes, likely service entrances. Unexpectedly, one bursts open, revealing a young man. He takes in the situation with wide eyes, then urgently gestures for you and your group to come to him.
"Move, now!" you shout, pointing to the side door where the man beckons. As you sprint forward, a buzzing draws your gaze upward. A drone hovers above, reminiscent of the one you'd encountered outside the apartment earlier. Its camera pivots, locking onto you with unwavering attention.
You and your group dash alongside the building, but you stop as you realize Aldor isn't with you. Glancing back, you spot him by the stone planter, his head buried in his hands. You shout his name, but he remains unresponsive, motionless, like a statue, frozen in place on the pavement.
