Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven General Poll
Added 2021-11-13 02:22:25 +0000 UTCA few people have requested conflicts between members of the main group, and I have already started seeds of conflict between certain group members. In this poll, I would like you to vote on those members of the group most likely to engage in conflict with another person. Please vote for 2 to 4 characters that would most likely have a problem with someone else in the group.

Great picks. I'm surprised about Woody, but I can definitely see it. He has strong opinions.

2021-11-16 00:27:19 +0000 UTCI definitely want the MC to be involved. People really enjoyed Carl vs. Jason from the first game. I also tried to make the MC judge the argument between Madison and Brody vs. Nora and Reilly.

2021-11-16 00:26:42 +0000 UTCI am surprised there are not more, but some people feel he is all bark and no bite.

2021-11-16 00:24:21 +0000 UTCI have to agree with you about Madison. I think Sean is one of the most realistic characters and that he's not used to being around so many people who are equal to him, and he is prone to conflict.

2021-11-16 00:23:27 +0000 UTCI agree about Sean.

2021-11-15 06:49:27 +0000 UTCI would like to state that just because a survivor is a trouble maker one way or another at some point, that does not mean they always have to be. Actually, I think some real character development could be established through these interactions, for better or for worse (probably depending on the MC, directly or indirectly).

2021-11-14 21:35:44 +0000 UTCSo my picks would be Reilly, Madison, Brody, and Sean. Reilly is rather introduced to us as someone who isn't exactly keen to like people who are rather too "soft-hearted" to make certain decisions which does relate to several members of the group if they are still present. Not to mention he pretty much currently has the most attitude of group in which has already caused problems and I don't think it'll end soon. Madison is an interesting case for me, I see her as a complex character for having the mindset of both Reilly and Rachel. She appears to take influence from both of them through the story so far as if she looks up to them from Reilly's ruthlessness and Rachel's pragmatism as necessary tools of survival. Of course some people are rather opposed to this like her brother Brody and his extreme sense of acting honorable towards people and Jamie's idealistic way of thinking. She might have problems with people who completely base their reasoning on a moral sense and not a practical sense. Now speaking on Brody and his sense of honor, we have seen that he can at times take this to the extreme as he tries very hard to believe that all people aren't as heartless as some other people think in which he can put himself and his allies in danger. Unlike Madison, he mostly relies and acts on his beliefs and emotions instead of logic in his decision-making. A character that might rival this in the future that I think would be interesting to explore with is Jude if he is present. Brody seems to view the military as hero's and has shown to be very upset if people pretend to have served before (Like if the MC wears the military uniform without having an actual military background). Now currently, we know the The New Army is operating around the area and we do have a moment in part 3 in which it explains this in greater detail about how it operates (Can be discovered sooner if doing the satellite phone mission with a military background). The New Army appears to be based on a dictatorship system with very questionable morals. This can be a huge eye opener for Brody as a realization that not everything is as "heroic" as it might seem. This may cause him to have a hard time trying to understand Jude's way of thinking since Jude was presumably headed be part of this faction and Jude himself also doesn't really act as "heroic". This does not apply to Lopez since he fits more of the hero persona Brody has envisioned. Now last but at least Sean himself. . . oh boy. From what we know of him from Chipper Ridge and part 3, he does not trust people easily and has a lot of dislikes that he finds off-putting from tattoos, the government, anyone that works with the government, etc. He believes that everything has some sort of hidden agenda that isn't as bright as it seems so he rather steer away from it if he can (Which to be fair in his defense, there are multiple hints that this is the case throughout the story so far). It also doesn't help that his approaches to this belief are rather blunt and straight to the point without given much tact. He bases his judgement on facts and what he can physically see in front of him in which again, he doesn't have a strong first impression about the situation he's in. He's is definingly going to have some opinions on some group members like Jude, Lopez, Rachel, and even the MC themselves can be a target at a first glance.

2021-11-14 17:47:05 +0000 UTCI agree with Madison being antagonistic, but I feel she's more the type who can dish it but can't take it. I feel like she would sulk when called out on her crap but get over it quickly. Definitely Sean. I don't like him and he will definitely be zombie bait in the near future.

2021-11-14 02:53:10 +0000 UTCDefinitely Madison, but then again I don't really like her.. maybe Sean, I felt some kinda tension from him already.. apparently he hates my MC.
