Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven scenario poll
Added 2021-10-08 22:29:47 +0000 UTCIn the original Zombie Exodus, I included some paranormal events/characters that some readers enjoyed while others were against. So far in Safe Haven I have only included an imaginary character based on a challenge, but have had no other paranormal aspects of the game. In this poll, I'd like to know your thoughts on the subject of adding paranormal characters or events.

In regards to the serial killer story line I am 100% on board! I absolutely loved the entire urban legend. From the trip to the lake with the twins and onward to the exploration of the basement and the junkyard it was a pleasant spine chilling experience.

2021-10-12 03:22:21 +0000 UTCI actually do like the current paranormal content in the game as the Windigo does seem to have an interesting connection to the infected and with the Delusion challenge adding a imaginary character who clashes with your MC's persona on a daily basis. However, base on the overall theme of the game, I think that these events should be used on a very limited basis to being figments of your imagination that are actually real. For example, in the original game some players felt like Cassie was a figment of Emma's imagination who was actually real. Some people enjoyed the storyline and some didn't enjoyed since they felt like it didn't really had any role in the overall plot of the game. I feel this should be the same case when handling ZE Safe Haven in which they sound really interestingly creepy but can be explained to a certain degree like the Wendigo was actually in fact a early test subject for the Zeta virus that somehow had escaped and the imaginary character is the result of a dramatic incident that could of happened in the MC's past and the MC still hasn't been able to move on from it. There are some cases of this happening in real life in which people react very differently when dealing with grief.
