Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven scenario poll
Added 2020-11-08 18:06:45 +0000 UTCChapter 12 will involve a trip from the Junkyard far enough to require travel by vehicle. This always gives the opportunity for players to use their Driving skill. I don't like to rely exclusively on the skill, so I often create situations where players must choose risk vs. reward. Do you want to damage your vehicle, move quickly past the obstacle, or show off your Driving skill? So in this poll you will help me devise an obstacle to present to the player on their trip outside the Junkyard.
For the purpose of providing information for this poll, you can assume your character has brought 2 companions, and you all share one vehicle. You may let someone else drive.
Roadside Wreckage - while traveling across the highway, you must stop to clear wreckage from the road. A swarm of infected are moving towards you. It's a race against the clock to clear the wreckage before the swarm takes you over.
Road Rage - while driving on the highway, you come across three cars working together to drive you off the road. This will take a combination of driving, shooting, and planning out your next move.
Military Blockade? - a group of military block a road. As you draw closer, you see that this group has the uniforms and weapons of the National Guard but clearly are bandits.
Mistaken Identity - a group of survivors drives next to you on the road, claiming you attacked their base days ago. They order you to pull over to discuss the attack. You notice that the entire group is armed, and talking is not what they have planned.
