Erik Satie - A music lesson

I’ve just put together a little video lesson on how to play Gnossienne No. 1 by the wonderfully weird Erik Satie.
His music was first introduced to me by my grandma and has been a huge influence on my song-writing ever since.
If you love haunting, hypnotic piano pieces that make you feel like you’re wandering through a dream (or a slightly eerie French café), this one’s for you!
Satie didn’t bother with things like bar lines or normal musical instructions—so if you’ve ever wanted to play something that feels like floating through time, now’s your chance.
