Procedural Aim offsets for first person sequence animations

Not a big thing but basically the system adds a procedural rotation to the character so that it matches the first person camera rotation

Mostly meant for multiplayer or photo mode as a way for other players to know the direction that your character is looking at

This system was firstly made for passenger seats on vehicles but it wasn't able to be used on a more general case like interactables

So this works as a sort of newer and simpler implementation that uses first person animations as a base
