Season 2: 162k Words
My work schedule is all over the place this week because of the holidays. I won't be able to post tomorrow morning, so you guys get this chapter about 12 hours early. Public posting will be pushed back until tomorrow evening or whenever I have time.
Season 2 is complete at 162k words. I said 180k in the Rogue post last week, but I didn't realize the compilation document still had the Mirror Universe interlude that was cut in place of the Star Trek 2009 Side Quest.

The Automated Repair Facility was definitely part of his consideration in picking the Mini-Reality. He added the features from the Star Forge that it was missing. So it can pull from the Sun within the Mini-Reality when he brings it over. He could make his own ships. The benefit of using the system is that everything works guaranteed, no conflicting technology, no trial and error. So he'll probably lean more on the system for his personal vessel. But for others, who knows!

I also read the Gothic fan fiction so I know what can be done with your own planet to play with as well as advanced technologies. Using SW droids to build a massive space station/shipyard near the asteroid belts that uses the same technologies to create ships as the Automated Repair Facility would be awesome. Combining that with Borg technologies as well as a few other choice bits here and there and he could absolutely start designing his own ships. If it were me though I'd also buy the Garage when I could just to have a readily available selection of ships to pull out of my ass at need. I'd love to see him run in to Seven of Nine and steal a Borg Cube though 😆 🤣. The technology database alone would be worth it.
