Great video. I would be interested to hear what @RenaissancePeriodization would have to say. If you have not checked out his channel, he seems to have some good info.

Loved the video as per usual. Just wanted to provide some other views on this. Maybe in the future you can cover why people who abuse steroids get varicose veins all over their body. Whenever you see that squiggly S pattern protruding from the skin, that's a dead give away. It bothers me that these people get as much praise as they do abusing drugs to get "gains". The other thing I wanted to highlight is that steroid use is not all 100% a bad thing. I was diagnosed with low testosterone and now I inject myself once a week with Testosterone Cypionate 200 MG-ML. I was taking 1mL, but lowered it to 0.5mL since my Testosterone shot up from the low 200's up to 1400's because apparently I am what is called a "super responder". The only downside I have seen from taking the TRT is I also have to take Anastrozole 0.5 mg twice a week which is in pill form. This is to lower my estrogen levels. I am still in the early stages of TRT, but I can tell you it has made a significant difference in my life. I used to be dead tired all of the time and everything was too hard. Just a slog. After TRT I feel a lot better, less depressed, I sleep better - there are so many benefits. You do feel a benefit in the gym too, but it's just the feeling of alertness and not being so tired during a work out. Not the same as abusing things like tren and all that other stuff you listed. I still consider what I do training naturally because I had a deficiency, just backfilling what was lost due to age. For reference I am 40, 5'11", 270lbs and I am a powerlifter. My lifts in pounds: 335 Squat 105 Barbell curl 355 Deadlift 365 Rack pull 210 Flat bench - my worst lift 205 Incline bench Eventually I have to stop power lifting, it's not sustainable. I really enjoy it, but I need to focus on losing weight.
