Well, here on Patreon you get to see the uncensored graphic material. It's not really that 'graphic', just standard medical/surgical videos. However there is a pretty gross scene where plaque and fat is extracted from an aorta.

I watch literal surgery videos all the time that were 1000 times more graphic than your video. Your video doesn't even become graphic, maybe except for the dude having the real heart attack which frankly if the title wasn't on the frame you would think was an actor. I think I threw this suggestion in the ring already, but since it's relevant to this video - consider doing something on statins. As someone with hereditary high cholesterol my whole life, would love to see what you can dig up on that.
