A friend from high-school messaged me and said she sent in a down payment for a puppy in another state. A friend of my sisters did that a few years ago, and turns out it was a scam. There was no puppy, and he lost his money. My sister thinks I should tell my friend about this, but she already sent in the money , and I don't want her to think, that I automatically assumed she got conned. What do you think?
