Hi everyone! We appreciate the patience! Neither Sev nor I had any damage from the hurricane, but there was yard cleanup to do and Sev had to evacuate in case the storm surge came our way. I'm sure you've seen the total devastation that happened to those poor people to the south of us.
Many people have checked in with us thinking that we might've been affected like that, but thankfully it was basically the opposite here. Our bay actually had water sucked out of it again, much like what happened for Irma in 2017βalthough I think Irma pulled it all out. I wanted to check it out, but driving down there right before the winds really pick up seems less appealing. There are interesting photos of it though. Instead, I got a walk in in the morning. It was cool and only a little rainy so it was the perfect time to go out in a Florida summer.
Overall, Ian was windy, but less so than Irma. Irma killed my power but I kept it this time, thankfully, so I didn't have to spend a week on a laptop.
Anyway, thank you again for your patience and support. Now, on to the files.
This month's files include a few setups for glitchy text animation, an update to our blinking text cursor setup, an automatic cursor that rotates with speed, an old newspaper look, a couple of mechanical rigs in C4D, a texture rig, a setup for a shader that changes based on the deformation applied to an object, and a couple more interesting C4D and AE rigs.
