Elements - July 2020
Added 2020-08-01 00:55:11 +0000 UTCHey guys! Sorry for the delay. We had a surprise documentary edit to produce in the last two weeks that we were notified of during vacation. So it was a little tense. But thankfully we had started building some things earlier in the month. Anyway, go grab them here.
In this month's elements, we have a lit model in Cinema 4D plus a cool setup to drop a flag with X-Particles. We also have a setup to build interlocking, randomized elements in a cloner. We have a setup in After Effects to make reaction-diffusion patterns, text animators to glitch text with l33t speak, a setup to control effects with nulls, a way to keyframe through text weights, and more. Plus we have more basic reveals that should prove useful.

Cool. I was only messing with it in stills, but that's a good idea.

2020-08-02 18:40:57 +0000 UTCIn the reaction diffusion project if you swap the noise layer for add grain you can change the speed of the animation. Very cool look by the way. Very MTV.
