Suggestions for New Free Roam Map

Lots of people have requested more free roam maps after the popularity of the Sydney West map.
I can undertake the building of a new free roam map location while still releasing current monthly mods as normal. Keep in mind free roam style maps are a very large job to undertake and will take some time.
Prerequisites for Free Roam map:
Max land size 16km x 16kms
Max roads 100kms total throughout map
Dense city locations don't work well in AC and would have to be made much smaller (5km x 5kms max)
Please leave a suggestion for Suburb / locations OR 'like' another members location in the comments below.
