Personally I felt more engaged during the converstional style vid, you had more eye contact, it flowed better, and you looked more at ease. That's all important when coming across with true crime. Plus you get to add your own personality. All good things plus you aren't as rigid.

2025-02-17 16:52:55 +0000 UTCI preferred scripted, but if we’re seeing you , as others said, I think you need to be looking at the camera for it to be less awkward. Secondly, I think you could find a middle happy in the tonality of the two. Scripted, but be loose with it (?) if that makes sense. The script is easier to follow but if I’m seeing you read it out in person, it feels more stiff than usual.

Number one is what we’re familiar with, your usual polished story telling style but reading from script could create a disconnect from you and could be distracting. I guess it depends on how people watch vs listen on the go. Regardless, I think people will love the big reveal, especially in the age of AI. Your followers are loyal and passionate about you as a creator and not just here for another true crime video. (I said just! 😂) Hope you get a good response, good luck in whatever you decide. Donna
