Early Access. Hannah Payne Vigilante Murder

Thanks for being patient :)
I'll likely send this one to the public at the end of the weekend.
I'm going to dig through a few chat logs tomorrow and run a poll with a few options for the next commentary video.
Hope you've been well and enjoy the video.

EDIT - There's a mistake in this video regarding the section where I talk about the victim's blood sugar levels. I misinterpreted the medical examiners testimony and thought that she was attempting to explain how he could've had high blood sugar levels at the time of death, when in fact she was doing the opposite. She states that she cannot tell if his blood sugar was low or high, because whatever level it may have been, at the time of testing after death, those levels would've dropped to below average.

I'm going to make that adjustment to the video and when I upload it to the public, the new video will reflect that change.
Good catch from Kayleigh on that one, thank you!

This was a really sad case to hear about really. As was mentioned in the video, two families broken over almost nothing. What I saw here was a man likely having a medical episode who then maybe acted on instinct to get out of a situation, however wrong, and then another person consumed with moral rage that let that dictate their actions. I don't like to get too political, but I can't help but feel like America's attitude to firearms fuels situations like this. People hear "murder" and see true crime and imagine these evil criminals, but that's not how a lot of it goes down. Most murders really are carried out when a situation escalates until something snaps. And I see situations like this and wonder if that breaking point happens a lot sooner and easier the moment a gun gets involved. Ultimately though, this was tragic because it was so preventable. There were multiple chances she had to change the ending to this story, but her moral outrage spurred on by a narrative she created in her own head allowed her justification in carrying down that path.

And again, brilliant, Dave. Brilliant, wise, compassionate and just so well fucking done. The art you bring us is without compare. Thank you.
