The Cinema Room #1 (Iron-Man) - Community Questions/Comments

Hey all you sweet vintage lads!

This coming Sunday we have the debut episode of the Cinema Room podcast. A movie/Show/Game spoiler-Cast podcast, and in our first episode we will be covering the first film in the MCU; Iron-Man. So if you get a chance, go back and watch it this week before the show.

Since we are just starting this show, it will take some time to develop it and it’s structure. We thought getting some questions from you for each episode would be a good segment. So leave any questions, thoughts or comments about Iron-Man below or any movie related questions that you may have.

Thanks guys, see you Sunday - Tyler

What’s your guys’s thoughts on Billy filling up this comment section! Okay legit questions pls don’t stop reading Obadia Stains intent and villainy, (I forgot his name and called Him Howard stark xD, good thing I re-read this) Why does he go from greedy jealous businessman to phycopath. Or is he a phsycopath all along (I. Can’t spell phscycopath). His making black market deals with the 10 rings knowing that their terrorism is killing people. People would say his happy to kill others. But I think that’s a result of dehumanising through his way of life. He can’t actually kill the terrorist leader, just paralysing him. And when he orders the other people to be killed outside the tent in the same scene, he gets in the car after the murder. I don’t think he could bare to actually kill tony, which is why he ordered the rings to do it. He’d feel guilty doing it on a personal basis, knowing that someone else is gonna make him disappear without the guilt of murder. In the final act where he takes Tony’s arc reactor it doesn’t seem right. Like Stain wouldn’t be able to actually do it. It would make more sense if he hired a hitman to take the reactor, and wanted to make the iron monger suite for money and to be “America’s great saviour” who protected the country with the suites. But obviously toney wouldn’t want the suites power in Stains greedy hands, or the hands of the government. So when toney would eventually kill Stain, stain goes evel due to the power of the suite. When in the suite he just get filled with power and goes mad. Making him evil and I thought would made more of a compelling villain

What are your guys thoughts on Terrence Howard’s portrayal of Rhodey compared to Don Cheadles? Which do you prefer Also the War Machine Easter egg at the end where he says “next time baby” is hilarious to me when the next time we see him it’s not even him.
