What does a Freediving Course consist of?!

So in this episode, the two of us and all our buddy boat friends take a Masters Freediving Course thanks to Steph which many of you may know as @freediversteph on Instagram. We had decided to postpone our trip to the Dominican Republic by a week to take the course and then all head that way together. This video is a bit of a fast forwarded overview of what we learned in the course and our accomplishments in each part of the course.
