Monthly Game Vote Instructions

Here is the structure of how the monthly game review (or reviewplay) vote works.
Homies have 1 vote.
Illuminati have 2 votes.
Everyone has the ability to nominate a game (doesn't have to be a shmup). However, if a Homie nominates a game, the Homie cannot vote for the game that they nominated. Still though, that Homie still retains their vote towards a different game. Illuminati also can nominate a game and then put 1 of their votes towards their own nominated game, but only 1.
So I guess the meta of this system is that everyone does have an impact on what gets chosen, but Illuminati do have an advantage. I also did my best to try and avoid any stalemate situations with these rules. If we do get in a stalemate situation, I will use a random coin flip generator to decide the winner. If it's a multi-way tie, I'll setup a single elimination coinflip bracket ha. :-D
Also, if you guys want to nominate on a topical video, rather than a game review, that's valid as well. It'll be you all that decides on what wins ;-)
