Levant is our antagonist, and his deck does not have any consistent theming, which you'll see as other decks are introduced. This is an intentional metaphorical element of the story.
I'm also including the card he is holding. I've decided that cards in Project Aether will all have this painted look to them. It is in line with what they represent, have a unique look, and are actually pretty easy for me to make. I first create the card on its own canvas, and then add it as its own layer to the comic page, manipulating its shape into the card that I've inked.
