The Bibites 0.6.0 Release Candidate!

If this release goes well and not many bugs are flagged, I aim to release this new update publicly!
Until then, it's all hands on deck, as we have to catch as much as possible before it's ready!
The video is also very close to finished, and will probably release right after the public 0.6 update

Changes
Finally removed everything related to viruses, like the two remaining nodes and all the code
Re-allowed older sims (pre 0.6a15) to be loaded (but won't load perfectly, and no species data will be preserved)
If paused or in menu, real-time autosave will be delayed by a minute
Default pellet on death removed from user settings (wasn't useful) now is 1
Add Shade settings moved to scenario settings and removed from user settings
Updated expanded brain panel and polished it
Updated tooltips for a few settings (mainly limit, cap, minimum) so it's clearer which takes priority

Fix to pheromones showing up even at 0 strength
Fixed Internals preview tooltips in Biology Panel for different screen sizes
Fixed issue with zone sizing (absolute sizing) when changing sim size
Fixed issue with updating bibite brain that had connections to removed neurons
Fix to the brain updater to guarantee preserved constant replacement
Fix to a few UI scaling settings
Fix to virgin bibite spawner logic
Fixed Bug where bibites could die multiple times (and spawn more meat)
Fixed older recorded Species not having their brain correctly updated
Whole lot of typos corrected
