If you watch this video and think "oh man I should buy a milk frother on Amazon", just know that they're all trash. The one I'm using here is the Mud Whip and it's quite good. I'll update the final video with links to buy stuff, and I'm even going to make a Short all about why the mud whip is good.
If you're going to use jar lids as ring molds, you might want to go for the wide-mouth variety. The regular mouth jars and lids are shown in this video.
There is a tiny squirt of mustard in the vinaigrette, which also helps emulsify the oil and vinegar together.
I didn't have a big arsenal of soda syrups ready to use for that B-roll, so this is just grenadine, orange flavored seltzer, with sweetened cream and mint on top.
In the meantime between now and that very first bullet point, I actually made the short. Here it is! https://youtu.be/p06Cka2tFXk

This is just a general all-purpose cleaning spray. I use tablets that dissolve in water, which are cheaper and use less plastic https://amzn.to/3mBBJ5h

what are you spraying your butcher block countertops with? I've been looking for a way to keep mine cleaner without doing a full soap scrub and wipe down

Love a good spider but a wood handled one is tricky to clean. We recently swapped in favor of an all metal one that we can more confidently throw in the dishwasher.
