If you're worried about clarity you might want to maybe (just maybe) add a little bit of introduction to what the clarification is expected to do. Like instead of just saying it will remove tannins, give an example of how it might achieve a specific goal or taste. This way the viewer immediately understands the intent ("why") of the process. That statement happens, but not until about halfway through. Maybe lead with it. And keep that last comment in no matter what.
