September Reward

Hello friends!

I just sent out the rewards via private message. As always, they include my brushes (Photoshop and Procreate), Gradient Maps, and a 10% discount code for my store. You'll be able to use the discount code for my upcoming 2024 Japan Calendar.

But this time, the rewards are a bit different, and focus on traditional painting: I've sent out a video that includes the process for a new gouache painting I made for the 2024 calendar (coming on 9 October). The video shows a variety of techniques: using masking fluid, painting and blending large areas, and adding small details. So I hope you still like it, even though it's not the entire painting from start to finish. Thank you so much for bearing with me while I figure this all out.

For future rewards, my plan is to include a guide to painting in gouache / poster colour that covers my favourite techniques and materials that I use all the time, and general principles I follow, in addition to documenting an example of a painting. Is that something you'd be interested in?

Everyone who has signed up before the end of September should have received either the reward or a message asking them to update their credit card details because their payment has been declined. If you have not received a message at all, please let me know! But if you‘ve signed up in October, you will receive the first round of rewards at the beginning of November.
