Returning to Full Shipping Capacity

The Fursona Pins team is slowly returning to work. Myself (Cy) and another worker have been released from quarantine, and have started shipping again. Two of our other employees are still out. Progress is going to be a little slow, and we're taking it easy, but we still managed to get a lot done today.
All pending shop orders that did not have pre-orders shipped out today, as well as some customs that had come in. We also completed November International that did not include grouped shipments. We are currently working on November International + Grouped Shipments and will resume working on that tomorrow. If you have a Nov International+Grouped shipment you should be getting tracking numbers through the FP site email starting tomorrow. We anticipate all of these will be wrapped up before the holiday, by Dec 23.
On Monday the 28th we are going to be focusing on December Patreon as we have all the packets for it. As usual, domestic shipments will go out first, and we're even including some holiday gifts for you guys (okay, maybe they're not holiday themed, but still. It's the thought that counts :P ). International without grouped shipments will go out second, then international with grouped shipments will go out third.
For pre-orders, at the moment we have in Calvin the Cheetah, (some) Fall Lantern Fox, and (some) Holiday Lantern Fox and will be shipping orders containing those pins soon. These will ship after December Patreon has completed, and any international grouped orders containing those pins will also go out with the Dec INTL+Grouped Orders shipments.
By the time we are done with Dec Patreon, we are hoping we should have most of the pre-order items in and all of our staff should be back in. At which point it's just going to be shipping madness as we get through 1,000+ preorders. Whew! We have a lot of work ahead but with a temp worker staying until mid January and a new worker coming in to replace them in mid January, we should be able to get through everything in a timely manner.

2021-01-11 16:46:09 +0000 UTCYou didn't pay for November, so you would not get November. Patreon bills on the 1st, so you would need to join in October to get November's pins. Your December package is on time and was packed yesterday for pickup today.
