What’s good fellas. Always Remember to hold frame. In a scenario where a woman wants to see you on a certain day and you can’t because you’re busy always hold frame and never go back on your word. Tell her “on this day I’m free ie thursday” And if she says she can’t because she’s busy with other things hit her with the “alright well lmk when you’re free” holding frame passing her shit test that she doesn’t even do on purpose. It’s just in her sub conscious to do it. If she really wanted to hang with you she would make a little bit of time G. I could say the same about us fellas but we know us “making time” is beta asf and is kinda of a nice guy move when you do it so SOON. Just wanna give you all game. I’m using this scenario because a guy sent me this and the woman said he’s causing her to have anxiety lol. The beta answer would be “ omg hun I didn’t mean to do that” the alpha answer and what he said was “just lmk when you’re free” and then she asked “you didn’t answer my question before” the question she asked him was is he seeing other women or fucking them so he said “when we see each other we can talk about it I gotta go ttyl” fellas that’s how you hold fucking frame!!!
