2025-01-22 02:40:28 +0000 UTCI don't know. Here in the USA, there are property line disputes that often center around the existence, non-existence, and/or maintenance of fences. At least with the double fence, it's clear who is responsible for what. I don't know if that kind of thing is behind it where you are. I sort of think not, because our disputes seem to be engaged in by PNIs (Professional Neighborhood Idiots), and we may have the corner on that particular market.
