New Model??

Woa, this week flew by! With a mix of insomnia and smashing my head against a wall trying to learn SDXL.
I apologize, I probably spent way more time fiddling around and testing this stuff with nothing to show for it.  
Although I do think at some point it will be worth making the switch over to SDXL. XL based models not only seem to have faster generation times, it understands the prompting a lot better than a standard model.

The only downside to changing to an XL based model is my entire work flow I have built up over the past 6 months can just be thrown in the bin.. It means nothing to an XL based model.
This doesn't just mean all my lora models, but the entire work flow to even generating an image.

However with the relatively recent release of the XL based model "Pony Diffusion" on CivitAI, it has shown what I think are extremely good results, it seems to be the first comprehensive XL based model trained on anthro styles, but can also do human styles, and a mix of everything in-between.  This model could be a great starting point to train on top of. I'd imagine training a XL model on transformations, then combining it with this Pony model will give me good results alone, without any further Lora training.
Although training XL based models & loras take much longer to train, but nothing I can't leave running while I'm sleeping haha.

As for my current model, if and when I do switch over, I plan to potentially release a Cloud Based service for people to run my model! (I'll speak more on this when the time comes)

Anyway enough of my ramblings, as for uploads??
I got 12 different themes I have generated, I'll be sorting through the bad generations after this post and then uploading them after.
Probably take me about an hour or so to shift through the 1740 images haha, but they'll be up soon, so keep an eye out!!


TLDR: Been fiddling around with XL models & got new scenes coming out in a few hours, just need to sort through them.
