Godzilla Build the Roster First Look

Going to apologize now that we don't have big trailers for each character like we did in the last video, but Toho is super strict with copyright claims, so I'm not taking any chances with this one. But hopefully it's still enjoyable.

2025-09-06 23:52:51 +0000 UTCSeeing this roster makes me wish Toho would allow Legendary Pictures to play with the rest of their kaijus. It can't just be Godzilla and Kong all the time. BTW. For the kaiju designs, Matt Frank is at the top of my list. He lives and breathes giant monsters.

2025-09-06 23:34:39 +0000 UTCLooking good so far. I’m excited for the full episode. The bit about calling Mothra “[Godzilla’s] hot wife” got a chuckle out of me. Also, regarding King Kong as a grappler: I’ve had this idea for a super move of his for a long time now, where he’d drag his opponent to some tall structure in the background (like a sky scraper or a mountain or the like), and start climbing it while dragging the opponent up with one hand, before leaping off the top and piledriving them. All as an indirect reference to his tendency to bring damsels in distress to the tops of tall things, just with a fighting game twist.
