The Plan for the Month

Good day yall, I hope you're doing well. I paused the billing this month for a couple reasons. The biggest is I want to remodel the tiers a little bit. I have a better idea of how I'd like to do that since the first time I talked about it, and I'd like to show yall what I have in mind.

The second reason is I started falling behind last month. This is also a factor in why I want to shuffle things around, but I also feel like I need to acknowledge what I still owe folks.

What I still need to do:

The July Request - I like both of the suggestions, so my thought is to combine them. I can't say exactly how long this story will turn out, but it will be as long as it needs to, and more than a couple pages.

Outstanding Vignettes - There are still 2 of them I need to do. I'll be reaching out to the folks who still need theirs soon so I can get things back on track.

Get the Backlog Posted - I have a couple stories that are edited and ready to go, they just need some thumbnails. I hope to have those up here by the end of the week and scheduled for public posting beyond that.

The plan going forward:

Addition of Commission Discount Tier and Removal of Vignette Tier - I still need to work out the size of the discount and the tier price, but I know I want to do this. This would effectively open up the vignette benefits to more than four people, and handling them like a commission would loosen up the schedule a bit. This would also allow folks to get things longer than vignettes, so I feel this is overall a better approach.

Patreon Exclusive Stories - This is subject to change, but I'm thinking of making this a $5 tier. Some of yall are already pledging that, and I really appreciate it, and I want to make sure you're getting what you pay for. The stories at this point will probably be longer form, multi-chapter works. Yall will be able to read the chapters as they're finished, and get a full compilation once the story is done. Maybe the compilation can go on gumroad or something too, but I'd wait a while before making them freely available.

If you've read this far, I appreciate it ^^ My goal is to get caught up and have one or two things ready for the exclusive tier when it launches. I also hope to launch between the second and third weeks of the month, so yall have time to think about moving tiers if you so desire.
