WIP "chlamydia is a beautiful name for a girl"

Sorry for the delay! Here's a snipped of a work in progress. It's from an upcoming EP I creating to help raise funds for FFS (part two of it, I can only afford to do one part of my face at a time :/). The entire release is based on a live set I did last year, but it's now edited beyond recognition, so it's based on improvisations and it all ties together as one big thing (hence the sudden end). The working title is "every plague imaginable", and its about hypochondria. A lot of the record has very intense noise sections with some ambient sections in between. I always wanted a release that focuses on the cut-up "hypernoise" again as I felt like it was one of the few things I felt I did differently from others. Let me know what you think about it and if you have any feedback!

I might add some more vocals (specifically some spoken word), maybe edit the intro a little (i.e. that hyperblast) and mixing and mastering is still being fiddled with (I feel it should be less saturated).

I'll be posting more updates with this as I go. I'll hopefully have some more noise school soon!

Hi, i like the cinematic journey that this takes me on. I feel like I was in an industrial zone, where digital breakdowns merge with human distress. Machinery of the past rubs and crushes in an uncomfortable orgie. No lube? We emerge in a swamp and then waves and crickets and bugs find comfort in the sounds of the wind passing through a disused city or was is an amusement park. The ghosts of the burning rubber. Memories of happy times. There is something hiding in behind the squeaky hinges of that machinery and that tape deck that is stuck in loop. Fear of what may emerge.
