The set will include multiple versions of the story's heroes as well as terrain and story module just to name a few.

Hoping you all have them so they fit the appropriate size bases if you're sculpting them for D&D now. The scale can always be fixed but people don't make the sculpts typically with a stance that fits a smaller 25mm base. Say for instance if it's a medium or small creature. Alot of times they're too wide of a stance that they don't fit on the base.
