11. He does not make his "Other" lifestyle take over him as a person and separate both entirely unless his hand is forced. Goro is a very calm person until he's not.

12. Goro teaches Shoto about his black culture, it's a very big deal to him that Shoto acknowledges that he's also half black and they won't agree with everything.
