By the way do you like let alone eat mushrooms? If you can/do and want something filling and Good for you? Grill portobello mushrooms(brown of course) add chopped house tom, and guacamole(thank me later🤙🏿) you can eat it w/ brown or white rice too. Take care of yourself big dude, and Keep doing Great.
