2024-08-12 10:19:01 +0000 UTCDid they not get that Butcher only had hours left to live, so they literally didn’t have time to ease Ryan into all this over days. Plus the fact that Homelander was about to come into absolute power, and that means Mallory’s job and all her resources, like the safe house they were currently in, would be told to Homelander, and he would be in charge of it. Like we just saw with Soldier Boy. So yes, of course she was panicking. I think that they’re going to somehow have Soldier boy burn out the compound V from the main characters, and then Butcher kills everyone else. I hope they react to GenV just cuz I want to know where they fall on the Team Marie - Team Cait scale. Personally, team Cait all the way.

2024-08-12 01:58:30 +0000 UTCOne of the things that annoyed the shit out of me this season and this show in general when it comes to Hughie is that everything that happened to him in the show so far sometimes feels like a joke.. he was sexually assaulted in this episode again but somehow Annie gets angry at him because he couldn’t tell it was her..? Like Jesus Christ I get she was frustrated but that person literally was like a clone of you. I feel Hughie always will be a punching bag in this show regardless of any situation he enters. The other characters at this point seems pretty eh.. one redeeming thing about this season was the A train redemption arc, Sage was actually a good addition and the set up..and I’m curious to see where they go with Butcher. He seems way gone at this point but we shall see. Like the other said, if you don’t plan to react to gen v then you girls should definitely watch it in your time. It’s better in some aspects than the main show.

2024-08-12 00:23:34 +0000 UTCplaying heart shaped box in the final montage is one of my fav sequences of the show. i didnt even initially register that kimiko was speaking because of everything else going on. as mixed as s4 is, s5 is set up to maybe be the best yet
