2024-04-12 15:56:05 +0000 UTCI'm so conflicted. Kyle MacLachlan, Walton Goggins, Michael Emerson and Elle Purnell in a series based on my favourite game series should be a match made in heaven. But from the trailer and the teaser scene posted three weeks ago, am I the only one disappointed by the production design? Compared to Fallout: Nuka Break, the fan-made series from over 10 years ago, everything just looks like a cosplay rather than the actual world. And look I'm not going to roll my eyes and compare every scene of dialogue and story to that of the original four games or anything, but when the production looks the way it does I'm unsure as to interested the series will be anything past boiler plate post apocalypsis with a Pip Boy aesthetic. Are there any Fallout game fans who've seen it who can give me there thoughts?
