Avon probably understood his logic, but Stringer was wrong about D'Angelo. I think the show made clear that D had enough of the business and didn't want to be involved anymore. He wasn't going to snitch, he just wanted to be left alone. Stringer had him killed because he is cold and callous and doesn't even entertain the possibility of being caught, so he's willing to go behind Avon's back to kill his nephew.

Kima said she wasn't *sure* if she wanted to be back. But this is a deep, long term relationship. It's hard, and usually long and messy, even coming to terms with problems or the prospect that it's not fixable. But I think she doesn't want it to be unfixable. There will be a lot of doubt in her.
edit: "Devonne" the girl Marlo hooked up with, earlier in the ep Avon said to get Devonne onto the problem of Marlo, so she's getting close to Marlo on Avon's orders.
