2023-07-10 02:24:28 +0000 UTCI don't understand the issue at all. You can listen to the voice acting to resync, if you even need to resync (which most of the time I don't find the need for, I do use a downloaded episode tho through VLC picture in picture)

2023-07-07 18:28:01 +0000 UTCPLEASE, BRING BACK THE SUBTITLES BAR BELOW. I think most of us watch your show with a picture-in-picture from Crunchyroll, but now we can't anymore. There's no way to watch your reaction and read the subtitles at the same time because the subtitles are on a separate window. It's a real problem and make it much less enjoyable. Basically makes me not want to watch the full reaction because it's just too inconvenient.

2023-07-07 16:30:52 +0000 UTCIt's hard to say, because yes nen has a lot to do with intent but it is also clearly able to operate based on things the user does not actually know. Such as when Krapika used his dowsing to find who was a plant and when Basho can make his power activate when someone lies to him even though he doesn't have a way to tell himself. Hell, as with Neon's ability to read peoples futures. Nen clearly has the ability to divine information and operate on it regardless of the users knowledge. So if he used one of his spider only powers on a non Troupe member mistakenly thinking they were one would it kill him? I'm honestly not sure. I tend to think it wouldn't but nen is pretty wild so unless it ever actually happens in the manga there's no way to be sure.

2023-07-06 23:38:28 +0000 UTCReally interesting question from Lola at the start of the episode, whether it is what the nen user percieves to be the truth vs what the truth. Considering the covenant is based on an individual's will, if Kurapika was 100% certain Hisoka was a troupe member I think he'd be fine, as nen is all about intent and he wouldn't intend to break his rule. Not to mention it's a matter of semantics if Hisoka 'really' is a troupe member, as his non permenant tattoo is arguably just to show he doesn't intent to dedicate his life to the spider.
