Early Access: mini-mods everywhere

• Added Market Stalls Everywhere
• Reuploaded all mods because I am a dummy who messed up the scheduling by mixing a 24-hour clock and a 12-hour clock together.
• Bars placed on gym lots will now spawn a special bartender who serves healthy drinks, including the obscure protein shake recipe, and a few kinds of salad.
• For lots that normally have bartenders, adding a second bar object will spawn a second bartender. This should be helpful for making large bars or bars with exclusive areas.

Here are four new mini-mods designed to allow you to create multi-use lots or live above a commercial space in a Residential Rental.

Bartenders Everywhere (Base Game Compatible):

Place a bar on a lot and a bartender and customers will show up between 12 PM and 3 AM. If you place a karaoke machine, Sims will use it to sing during the late afternoon and evening hours. Unlike Bar lots, it does not trigger special event nights such as Singles Night. A special bartender serving different drinks and food will appear on Gym lots.

Market Stalls Everywhere (Base Game Compatible):

Place a market stall on a lot and a vendor will show up between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Baristas Everywhere (requires Get Together):

Place an espresso bar on a lot and a barista and customers will show up between 6 AM and 4 PM. Unlike Cafe lots, the "Perfect Pre-work Shot" drink will not be available unless you upgrade the espresso machines.

Cafeterias Everywhere (requires Discover University or High School Years):

Place a cafeteria stand on a lot and a vendor will show up to serve food between 8 AM and 8 PM.

For all of the above, NPCs will not show up on normal residential properties or vacation rentals, and modded NPCs will not show up on lot types where they would normally be expected (like bartenders in bars) so that they don't double-up. For Residential Rental lots, they will only spawn if the relevant object is placed in a shared space. For all lots, the relevant NPC will not spawn if the Private Dwelling, Peace and Quiet, or Off-The-Grid lot traits are active. I've also made it so these NPCs may have a different uniform than normal, depending on the region the lot is in or the lot type you place it on.

These mods will remain in Early Access for a short time to gather feedback. Let me know if you have any problems or if something behaves in an unexpected way. I may expand on this series in the future to accommodate other types of NPC.
