Glowing Concrete (Add-On)

Glowing Concrete is Vanilla RTX's latest optional patch.
This patch makes all concrete blocks emit an equal, small amount of light, allowing for more customization & creativity while playing with light blocks in Minecraft RTX.
Black & white concrete are two exceptional blocks in this patch.
White concrete was changed to be the brightest possible material in Minecraft RTX, while black concrete block now absorbs 100% of the light, making it appear super-black, similar to world's blackest material, Vantablack.
Notes:
This Add-On is not replacing Glowing Hardened Clay Add-On.
A glowing hardened clay update is underway.
The two add-ons, aside from allowing players to have more options for light blocks, are made with different goals in mind, this add-on was made to provide subtle indoor lighting and seamless textures, while glowing hardened clay provides much more vibrant and stronger light blocks.
