SMK Exploration Mode patch

a) high jump
b) when you go out of bounds, lakitu will put you down but then float you around to explore
c) if you fall down a pit in ghost house/rainbow, you can continue driving like normal
d) your speed is maxed out like if you were on star power/boosting at all times so you can drive on water/lava and other fun stuff!
I might release this one day, but for now, enjoy it here!
