Dangerous Thoughts #48: Character Suggestion Post

This month, the topic is 'girls who deserve to get a wedgie', so come up with characters you absolutely think deserve their undies yanked! Villains or bullies or just assholes, we're looking for characters who you want to see humiliated as a punishment!
We'll place all of the eligible characters on a poll and have you all pick between them. As usual, suggested girls must be humanoid and at or above 18 years old. If you disregard this paragraph, your suggestion will be disregarded in turn.
One character per person, please!
