load in the standard g8f character.
in the top menu go to "3d garment" -> "attach all pins to avatar"
load in your character as a morph target.
remove all pins from the scene, and simulate to let the garment settle in place.
if you want less fluffy arms, select them and lower the pressure in the property editor
