The fruit basically gives humans immense power depending on their being and they turn to "Clay folk" and become immortal. So ORCA decided to mold a human with clay and inject a serum of the fruit to the clay statue that was presumably called "MH-09" or "Marnie". She has telekinesis and a powerful one at that but unfortunately she was imperfect so they decided to dump her but before they could do that she escaped and tries to live among the citizens.
