Each member may vote for one character only.
Avoid suggesting characters that were voted for last month or drawn previously.
The selection will be random, but if a character receives multiple votes from different people, its chances of being selected will increase.
The chosen character won’t be announced directly, but I’ll draw it and release it by the 15th of the following month.
