A minor note regarding Blind Alley...

Upfront, this is a dumb post. It's not serious. I love drawing Blind Alley.

Before starting Blind Alley, I wanted to have a few months worth of strips in the queue. I knew that summer and fall could be a lot busier so having about half a years worth of strips all finished seemed like the smart thing to do. Now that I am working a part-time job, as well as working on a *project*, I've been watching the queue slowly deplete. Frankly - I still have strips ready to post up until February so feeling like I am running low is a bit preemptive.  However, we've gotten to the point where there are some finished strips I'd ideally like to insert another before but haven't had the time to draw. All this to say that what I post here may be posted elsewhere or collected in a different order later on! I don't currently have the time to drop everything and work on Blind Alley strips but I am hoping I'll get the opportunity to in December. 

The strip is a weird mix of gag's and linear-bite-sized storytelling so I sometimes find that a character or story beat requires more set up or "room to breathe" than what I have currently. It's all very free form and is a lot of fun to work on but leads to situations like this where I am a bit too busy but have noticed something I'd like to smooth out storywise...

A small side note: I half expect I may need to take a brief hiatus once we hit the one year anniversary next May! I say this early, as I don't want it to appear unplanned or like something I'll never return from. Blind Alley is very much here to stay for me but I think I'll have another (importantly: paid) project kicking into high gear right around that time.

Another small update: I will get shirts made! I don't currently have time to put together the pre-order's and deal with shipping but I am hoping to get to it by April at the absolute latest. There'll be die-cut stickers as well.
