2025-01-09 02:11:23 +0000 UTCThe red orb is a world level equipment item, It is one of 2 Scaling Growth items in Yggdrasil, the longer it is equiped the more base stats it gives, but reset it's bonus once unequipped. i am pretty sure their is a few other passive effects it gives him as well but i can't recall it from the Lightnovel. Edit: The Red orb has also being equipped for so far 8 years from the 12 years Yggdrasil started, so Ainz has the boosted base stats of an 8 year item from when the server ended.

2023-05-23 13:35:31 +0000 UTCThe Goal of all Life is Death is such a corny name xD In the game it basically just made your insta-death magic ignore enemy resistance/immunity to it (with a 12 second window for the opponent to preemptively use a resurrection item to negate the skill entirely, which is what Shalltear did). In this new world it was translated quite literally, as everything that can technically be considered alive and is within range, dies.

2023-05-19 18:38:20 +0000 UTCcry of banshee is the AoE instakill spell, with the widen magic modifier increasing it's range even further. The goal of all life is death allows instant death effects to bypass any immunities or resistances, but they take 12 seconds to take effect, and using any ressurection magic, items, or skills during that time will nullify the instant kill effect.

2023-05-19 12:22:02 +0000 UTCAins was renown in the game Yggdrasil not as a PvP player his character build was a RPG build and he tweaked his character skills such that he could memorize and use 700 magic spells. Since his build was not maximized for PvP he wouldn't always win his first combat against someone, but he researched every bit of info about his opponent and analyzed his match for new strategies, he usually won the rematch. Ains is all about information and misinformation. Side note, the red orb in his chest is a world item but I don't know what it does.

2023-05-19 10:26:28 +0000 UTCIts stated in the books, back in the game, his Focus and specialty is instant death magic, "cry of the banshee" is an AOE instant death spell, that he combined with another spell to give it 0 cast time and a 100% chance to hit (the goal of all life is death) , just nuked everyone
